About me
Hello, I’m Liz and I’m a qualified psychotherapist with a Diploma in Transpersonal Integrative Psychotherapy from the Centre for Counselling & Psychotherapy Education (CCPE).
Life can sometimes bring unexpected challenges that leave us feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves and others. In these moments, reaching out for support can be an important first step.
I offer a warm, safe and confidential space where you can explore what’s happening in your life at your own pace. My approach is transpersonal and integrative, which means I draw on different therapeutic perspectives and recognise the connection between mind, body and spirit.
Together, we can explore your experiences, gently uncover what may be holding you back, and help you reconnect with your inner strength and wisdom, supporting you to move towards greater clarity, balance and a deeper sense of ease.
Who do I work with
I work with people over the age of 18, from different backgrounds and cultures and with many different challenging experiences. These experiences may include anxiety, low self esteem, feelings of being lost and alone, lack of meaning, aging, adverse childhood experiences, health anxieties, relationship challenges, neurodiversity, gender identity, boarding school experience, bereavement and other forms of loss.
